20+ years of tangible results for clients
Having been in the nucleus of consulting for prominent international corporations, I’ve worked with brilliant managers and directors who knew with crystal clarity what their vision was—but either missed the expertise or capacity to make it connect to their teams’ realities.
On the surface, each project I’ve taken on looks extremely different, but their underlying foundation has always been the same: the need to unpack complexity, problem-solve with rigor & experience, and bring together & influence people—all to help organizations rise to their initiatives.
The personal side
Passionate about giving value back to people
While based in Paris, France, working for large global teams means a mix of me working from home while spending time in international offices. My main working language over the last 20+ years has been English, though being trilingual in German and French, I can easily join bilingual teams.
Apart from a real passion for taking on process problems, having seen how improved processes allow people to not need to stay overnight, to work less and struggle less, and to instead focus on their expertise and reclaim their value—it’s irrevocably remained a driving force for the help I bring to teams.
