A project of standardizing processes internally
Brought synchrony across the delivery hubs of a global company while driving successful tech adoption from the start
As a global company with production hubs across Europe, America, Asia, Latin America, and Africa, many of those locations were purchased local companies that had their own ways of working that needed to be harmonized—for global efficiency, consistency, quality, and scale.
I began by understanding each one of them, then running workshops to see what the best ways of working would be. By involving everyone from the start, we were able to come to improve, connect, and streamline processes with great satisfaction and successful tech adoption.

When one of the world-leading advertising agencies won a series of new global clients who themselves were in transformation, the expectation was that they would bring to them simpler, more efficient ways of working for greater impact worldwide.
I supported the initial pitches, and once converted, led the design of the global processes for those specific clients: standardizing, enabling agreements, and documenting the ways of serving them and meeting their KPIs.

A project of optimizing with new tools
Streamlined the process of bringing on new workflows and reporting tools while ensuring error reduction
For a company that was looking to enhance their core business process of monthly payroll production, this meant taking into account many underlying processes and payroll calculating tools that would be used monthly across their teams.
I worked with them to analyze, optimize, and interconnect these processes through implementing a new workflow system—making sure quality checks were done at the right steps, and operations were streamlined end-to-end.
